Laura Lea
Laura finds joy in creating positive, healthy experiences for others, as well as, a good sweat! In order to gain strength both mentally & physically it is imperative that a person pushes past their comfort zone & this is something Laura lives by!
Some things come full circle, & Laura’s career is one of them. Pulling from a variety of skills & experiences ranging between teaching kids aerobics, a degree in Fashion, ten years in NYC Hospitality, Laura found her way back to exercising when she moved to Singapore in 2015 & then began teaching after moving to Sydney.
If you ask Laura, one thing she repeatedly says about choosing Pilates as her foundation to fitness is that it is a way of movement that is suitable long term. Drawing from her own experiences & dedication for personal growth, Laura drives her clients to achieve their goals plus more! Her motto always goes back to strengthening the mind, in which the body follows!
